Relax and Breathe Birthing: nature’s journey is an informal, inspiring and empowering approach that enables pregnant women and their birth partners to feel excited about the birth of their baby. Through the Relax and Breathe Birthing course or workshop, you are guided through a combination of gentle breathing, guided relaxation and visualisations (hypnobirthing), movement, massage and comprehensive birth preparation helping you to achieve a fear-free, calm and positive birth experience.
A very relaxed, informal and friendly course which is limited to four pregnant women and their birth partners. The best time to come to this course is between 24 and 35 weeks into your pregnancy.
Anne Young specialises in pregnancy & postnatal massage and maternity & postnatal reflexology. She is a qualified Relax & Breathe Birthing Instructor, allowing her the privileged opportunity to help support women and their partners through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
