With consideration to the seasons & cycles of nature & our very own bodies, this class will return you to your centre, leaving you restored for the week ahead.

Perfect for all levels, including beginners, the class size is intentionally small (6 students) and designed to facilitate a deep exhale. In this way the practice environment can truly facilitate an intimate experience where calm & relaxation is fully embodied.

Eugenia is a RYT200 Hatha, Yin & Womb Yoga Teacher. Her Yoga philosophy is that Yoga is for everyone, and every body. She brings humour, warmth and 20 years of experience and learning to her classes.
