Mark is 200 hour RYT registered Zen yoga teacher.

He was taught by Zen Master Daizan Roshi and the focus of Mark’s yoga practice is the three interconnected Zen principles of correct physical alignment, energy (specifically the flow of energy through the body) and mindfulness (present moment awareness).

Mark teaches individual one-to-one classes at Breath-Works which will take the energy aspect of the practice to deliver an energetic flow yoga class. It will focus how our energy can be enhanced and also dispersed through various sequences which in turn improve health, emotions and our general consciousness.
