Come to a yoga class with Dee… There’s a range of classes to choose from, plus one-to-one  yoga  sessions:

  • Choose a class with a rejuvenating blend of Ashtanga and Dru yoga,
  • Learn to let go of stress and anxiety with a Gentle Flow class, or
  • Try an individual one-to-one session with Dee.
