Come to a yoga session in our cosy, calm studio. There’s a range of classes to choose from, plus one-to-one  yoga  sessions:

  • Choose a class with a rejuvenating blend of Ashtanga and Dru yoga, or a Gentle  Yoga Flow with Dee Taylor.
  • Try an individual one-to-one session with Dee.
