Come to a yoga session in our cosy, calm studio. There’s a range of classes to choose from, plus one-to-one Zen yoga coaching sessions:

  • Choose a class with a rejuvenating blend of Astanga and Dru yoga, with Dee Taylor.
  • Choose a gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga class, with Mandy Mountjoy orBethany Halcrow, at a time to suit you.
  • Try an individual one-to-one Zen yoga class with Mark Lowry.
