Come to a yoga session in our cosy, calm studio. There’s a range of classes to choose from, plus one-to-one Zen yoga coaching sessions:

  • Choose a class with a rejuvenating blend of Ashtanga and Dru yoga, with Dee Taylor.
  • Choose Body and Breath yoga class designed to suit all levels with Eugenia Rosa starting Mondays 6pm – 7.15pm.
  • Give Slow Flow yoga a try, with Lucy Ridley—these classes are suitable for all levels and all bodies!
  • Try an individual one-to-one Zen yoga class with Mark Lowry.

Monday 5.45-7pm Vinyasa flow with Clare Dorren
Tuesday 12-12.45pm Gentle Flow class with Dee: Book here. A gentle class bringing the attention to the breath and calming and centring the mind body and soul. 6-7PM Gentle flow class focusing on the Chakra system with Dee: Book here.
